Placing an order
An order is a request, not a confirmed contract. It becomes confirmed when we accept it and confirm it with you on WhatsApp or by phone. We may decline an order if an item is unavailable, the address is outside our delivery area, the request cannot be made as described, or the order appears fraudulent.
You must be able to enter into a contract to order. If you are under 18, please order through a parent or guardian.
Products are handmade
Every bouquet and gift is arranged by hand from fresh or seasonal materials. Flowers, wrapping, ribbon shades and filler may differ slightly from the photographs, and a specific flower may be substituted for one of equal or greater value when it is unavailable. The overall design, size and value are kept faithful to what you ordered.
Product photographs are illustrative. Screen colours vary between devices.
Accurate delivery details
You are responsible for the address, phone number, delivery date and gift message you provide. A wrong address or an unreachable recipient may cause a failed delivery, and re-delivery charges may apply. Please give a complete address, including any house or shop number, street and landmark.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Pakistani Rupees. Delivery charges are added at checkout. Payment is by Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa, as set out in our Payment Policy. We do not accept cards on this website.

Returns and cancellation
Because items are handmade to order and often perishable, returns and cancellations follow our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please read it before ordering.
Using this website
The photographs, text, logo and design on this site belong to DS Lush and may not be copied or reused commercially without permission. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, extract data from it automatically, or use it for anything unlawful.
Reviews and uploads
If you leave a review or upload a photo or video, you confirm it is yours to share and you allow us to display it on the product page. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading or unrelated.
Our responsibility
If something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is limited to replacing the item or refunding it under our refund policy. We are not liable for indirect losses, and we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, public holidays, courier disruption or other events beyond our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction over any dispute.
