This policy explains how you can pay for a DS Lush order and what happens after you pay. All prices on this website are set in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Ways to pay

Always send the payment receipt on WhatsApp and mention your order number so we can match it to your order.
Cards and online payment gateways
We do not currently accept debit or credit cards on this website, and we never ask for card numbers, CVV codes, PINs or one-time passwords by phone, WhatsApp or email. If anyone requests those details in the name of DS Lush, it is not us — please report it to us immediately.
When your order is confirmed
For bank transfer, JazzCash and Easypaisa orders, preparation begins once the payment appears in our account. Custom and handmade pieces are only started after payment is confirmed, because each one is made specifically for you.
Cash on Delivery orders are confirmed once we reach you on WhatsApp or by phone to verify the address and delivery slot.
Currency
Orders are charged in Pakistani Rupees. The website can display prices in other currencies for convenience, using an exchange rate that updates daily. That display is an estimate only — the amount payable is always the PKR total shown on your order confirmation.
Prices and errors
Prices include any applicable charges unless stated otherwise, and delivery charges are added at checkout. If a price is listed incorrectly because of a genuine error, we will contact you before processing the order and you may confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
Refunds
Refunds follow our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy and are sent back through the same method you paid with wherever possible.
