We do not collect card numbers, bank passwords, PINs or one-time passwords, because payment is taken by cash on delivery or by a transfer you make yourself.

We share only what is needed to complete your order:
- Our delivery rider or courier partner — the recipient’s name, address and phone number, so the order can be delivered.
- Our web host — this website is hosted on Hostinger, which stores the site and its database on our behalf.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Tracking and advertising
This website does not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel or any other advertising or analytics tracker. There are no third-party marketing cookies on this site. See our Cookie Policy for the small number of cookies that are used.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept while they may still be needed for support, returns or accounting. Newsletter emails are kept until you ask us to remove you. Anything no longer needed is deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop sending you emails. Message us on WhatsApp or email and we will action it. Some order records may need to be retained for accounting even after a deletion request.
Children
This store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, administrator access is restricted and protected against repeated login attempts, and file uploads are limited. No website can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable care of what you give us.
