Delivery coverage
We deliver in Lahore and to supported cities across Pakistan. Enter a complete address, city and working phone number at checkout so the correct delivery rate can be calculated.

Delivery time
Standard orders normally arrive within 3–5 working days after order confirmation. Personalized, handmade or large custom orders may require additional preparation time when stated on the product page or confirmed on WhatsApp.
Order confirmation
An order is considered confirmed after the required customer details and payment arrangement have been verified. Order updates are sent using the email and phone details entered at checkout.
Fresh flowers and substitutions
Fresh flowers are seasonal. If an item is unavailable, we may use a flower or presentation element of similar colour, style and value. We will contact you before making a significant change.
Delays and recipient availability
Delivery can be affected by weather, traffic, public holidays, courier disruption or an incomplete address. If the recipient cannot be reached, re-delivery charges may apply.
Checking your order
Please inspect the order on arrival. If it is damaged, incorrect or materially different from the confirmed order, send clear photographs on WhatsApp as soon as possible and review our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
