Website information
We keep product details, prices and delivery information as accurate as we can, but we do not warrant that everything on this site is complete or error-free at all times. If a genuine error affects your order, we will contact you before processing it.
Photographs and handmade variation
Product photographs are illustrative. Because every piece is arranged by hand, the item you receive may vary in flower variety, exact shade, wrapping and filler. The design, size and value are kept faithful to what you ordered. Screen colours also vary between devices.
Our flowers
Our flowers are premium artificial blooms, so they do not wilt and need no water. Keep them out of long direct sunlight to protect the colour and dust them gently from time to time, and they will keep their shape and colour for years.
Allergies and safe use
Flowers, foliage, pollen and scented items can cause reactions in sensitive people. Some arrangements include small parts, wire, pins or decorative elements that are not toys. Please keep bouquets and gift items away from young children and pets, and check with the recipient if you know they have an allergy.
Where an arrangement includes chocolates, snacks or other edible items, check the packaging for ingredients and allergen information before eating.
