01 Do you create fully custom gifts?
Yes. Share the occasion, recipient, preferred colours, budget and any inspiration with us on WhatsApp. We will guide you through a design made around your story.
02 How early should I place a custom order?
Place custom orders at least 2 to 3 days in advance. Larger or highly personalized orders may need more time.
03 How long does delivery take?
Orders normally arrive within 3 to 5 working days after confirmation. Personalized products may need the preparation time stated on their product page.
04 Where do you deliver and what does it cost?
Lahore delivery is Rs. 350. Delivery to supported cities across Pakistan is Rs. 500.
05 Can I choose a delivery time?
You may request a preferred window, but exact timing can vary with traffic, weather and order volume.
06 What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery is available for eligible orders. Custom or high-value orders may require advance payment after confirmation.
07 Will my gift look exactly like the picture?
We preserve the style, palette, contents and value while artificial flowers and available decorative materials may vary slightly.
08 Can I add a personalized message?
Yes. Add the exact wording in the gift-message field on the product page.
09 Are the flowers real or artificial?
All our bouquets use premium artificial flowers, so they never wilt and need no water. They keep their shape and colour for years.
10 Can an order be changed or cancelled?
Contact us quickly. Changes depend on production status and customized items may not be cancellable after preparation starts.
11 What do urgent bouquet orders cost?
Eligible in-stock bouquet orders add Rs. 500 for same-day or next-day urgency, in addition to delivery (Lahore Rs. 350; other supported Pakistani cities Rs. 500). Availability must be confirmed. Custom-order urgency charges are quoted before confirmation.
12 How much commission do DS Lush affiliates earn?
Affiliates earn 10.0% commission on net product sales attributed through their referral link or coupon. Shipping, taxes, refunds and cancelled items are excluded.
13 What discount does an affiliate customer receive?
A customer receives 5.0% off eligible products when the affiliate coupon is applied. The coupon is applied automatically after the customer visits through the affiliate link.
14 When does an affiliate order appear in the dashboard?
An attributed order appears after the order is confirmed. Its commission remains pending during the 30-day clearance period.
15 When can an affiliate request a withdrawal?
A withdrawal can be requested after at least 10 attributed orders have cleared the 30-day period and approved payout details are saved.
16 What happens if an affiliate order is cancelled or refunded?
Cancelled, refunded, failed or charged-back orders do not earn commission. Any related pending commission can be reversed.
17 Can an affiliate use their own link for personal orders?
No. Self-referrals, spam, fake orders and misleading promotion are not allowed and may lead to commission reversal or account suspension.
