01 Do you create fully custom gifts?
Yes. Share the occasion, recipient, preferred colours, budget and any inspiration with us on WhatsApp. We will guide you through a design made around your story.
02 How early should I place a custom order?
Place custom orders at least 2 to 3 days in advance. Larger or highly personalized orders may need more time.
03 How long does delivery take?
Orders normally arrive within 3 to 5 working days after confirmation. Personalized products may need the preparation time stated on their product page.
04 Where do you deliver and what does it cost?
Lahore delivery is Rs. 200. Delivery to supported cities across Pakistan is Rs. 500.
05 Can I choose a delivery time?
You may request a preferred window, but exact timing can vary with traffic, weather and order volume.
06 What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery is available for eligible orders. Custom or high-value orders may require advance payment after confirmation.
07 Will my gift look exactly like the picture?
We preserve the style, palette, contents and value while natural flowers and seasonal materials may vary slightly.
08 Can I add a personalized message?
Yes. Add the exact wording in the gift-message field on the product page.
09 How should fresh flowers be cared for?
Keep them away from direct sunlight and heat, refresh the water daily where applicable, and trim stems at an angle.
10 Can an order be changed or cancelled?
Contact us quickly. Changes depend on production status and customized items may not be cancellable after preparation starts.
