Photographs show a previous arrangement of this design. Every piece is handmade, and the artificial flowers, wrapping, ribbon shade and packaging we use can change over time as stock changes, so what arrives may differ a little from the picture. The design, size and value are always kept faithful to what you ordered.

Are the flowers real or artificial?
We use premium artificial flowers, hand-arranged for each order. They never wilt, need no water, and keep their shape and colour for years — so your gift stays exactly as it looked on the day.
How long does delivery take?
Orders normally arrive within 3–5 working days after confirmation. Personalized and custom pieces may need additional preparation time when stated on the product page.
Can I add a gift message?
Yes, and it is free. Add your message at checkout and we write it on a card attached to the bouquet.
Can I customise this bouquet?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with your budget, the occasion and any colours or flowers you have in mind, and we will design it for you.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Send us photos on WhatsApp within 3 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. Because flowers are perishable we cannot accept general returns, but if we got it wrong we will always put it right.
